Dashboard Web Application

Log in at https://o4a.com using a web browser on any device connected to the Internet. You will automatically be taken to the Dashboard.

From the Top Menu, you can quickly:

  • View and Edit your Organizations Name and Icon, and switch between organizations (if you have access to more than one).
  • View work assigned to you and your recent work.
  • Create a single post.
  • Upload bulk posts.
  • View notifications.
  • Get Support (click on the “?” button).
  • Access your account profile settings and Log Out.

From the Dashboard, you can:

  • Start a Tour where the platform walks you through connecting accounts and creating a post.
  • Add new social accounts and View all of your connected Social Media Accounts.
  • View your current work at a glance.
  • Easily scan your total posts over the past week to view your potential for increased engagement.
  • Click on any day in the current month to view that day’s scheduled and delivered posts, and jump directly to the Scheduler.
  • View your engagement metrics by social media platform with the option to view over the last 7, 30, and 90 days.

From the Left Menu, you can access all features of the platform:

  • Accounts – View, add, or edit social media accounts.
  • Posts – View Scheduled, Delivered, Undelivered, and Drafted Posts.
  • Social Feed – View posts from other accounts in your social feeds.
  • Scheduler – View and manage your posts in a customizable calendar format.
  • Analytics – Review your pages and posts performance.
  • Gallery – Upload and manage your images and videos.
  • Messages – View and respond to messages from all platforms and comments on your posts.
  • Notifications – View all system notifications.
  • Teams – Access your team permissions.
  • Campaigns – Create paid campaigns from your posts.
